These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AstroVedya mobile application, website and related services.

AstroVedya is a brand operated by AGWEBAPP SOLUTION ("AstroVedya", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using AstroVedya, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

AstroVedya services are intended for users aged 16 years and above.

By using AstroVedya, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and are legally capable of using the services.

Where applicable, users below the age permitted by law should use the service only with appropriate parental or legal guardian involvement.

2. User Account

Certain AstroVedya features may require you to create or access an account using your mobile number and OTP verification.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account information up to date.

• You must not provide false or misleading information.
• You must not misuse another person's account.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. AstroVedya Services

AstroVedya may provide astrology and spiritual-content-related services, which may include Kundli, horoscope, astrology calculations, compatibility-related information, educational content and other features introduced from time to time.

We reserve the right to modify, add, suspend or discontinue any feature or service at any time.

5. No Professional Advice

Information provided by AstroVedya should not be considered a substitute for professional advice.

6. Kundli & Astrology Reports

AstroVedya may offer paid or free Kundli and astrology-related reports.

To generate personalized reports, users may be required to provide information such as name, date of birth, gender and birth location or geographical coordinates.

The quality and accuracy of a report may depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the user.

7. Payments & Purchases

Certain AstroVedya services may be available only after successful payment.

The price applicable to a service will be displayed before you complete the purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateway providers. Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider's own terms and privacy policy.

AstroVedya may receive transaction-related information such as payment status, transaction reference or order information from the payment provider.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations for paid services are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy .

Users are encouraged to review the applicable refund and cancellation terms before completing a purchase.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse AstroVedya or use the service for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers or accounts.
• Use automated tools to abuse, scrape or overload our services.
• Upload or transmit malicious software, harmful code or other security threats.
• Use AstroVedya to violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit AstroVedya content without authorization.

10. Intellectual Property

AstroVedya, its branding, logos, designs, software, text, graphics, interfaces and other original content are owned by or licensed to AGWEBAPP SOLUTION, unless otherwise stated.

You may use the services for personal and lawful purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or exploit our proprietary content without prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

AstroVedya may integrate or rely on third-party services, including services used for OTP delivery, astrology calculations, notifications, analytics, payments or other application functionality.

Third-party services may have their own terms, conditions and privacy policies. AstroVedya is not responsible for policies or practices outside our reasonable control.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep AstroVedya available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

Services may temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party failures, security incidents, network problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

AstroVedya services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not warrant that astrology interpretations, predictions, calculations, content or recommendations will be accurate, complete, suitable or successful for your particular situation.

Your use of astrology-related information is at your own discretion and risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AGWEBAPP SOLUTION and AstroVedya shall not be liable for losses, damages or consequences arising from reliance on astrology predictions, interpretations or other informational content provided through the service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to AstroVedya where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, applicable laws, misused the service, engaged in fraudulent activity or created a security or operational risk.

We may also discontinue certain services or features where reasonably necessary.

Your use of AstroVedya is also subject to our Privacy Policy , which explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
